since eddy has been pestering me for the pics at ktv.. i shall post ALL up..

a fresh new side of him! x)

alright, he wasnt much different.. he was still the same arrogant eddy who kept showing off his singing skills and hog the mike.. don to mention he like to cam-whore! =X


ok, i was lying about the hogging of mike. he never do that, and he hates ppl who do that as it is very rude. everybody paid to sing, what makes you think you can use our money and sing all the way? *rolleyes*

anyway, the ktv was really fun. its been months since i got to go for ktv. i am very fussy when it comes to ktv outing.

first of all, i don like singing with ppl who view the ktv outing as a very serious event to practice their voice. ktv is meant to have fun! who cares about wrong pitch or tune?!

next, i don prefer going with a whole bunch of ppl. you don get to sing at all when there are 10 ppl waiting for their turns!

lastly, i don like singing without close friends. when there are strangers in the group (and i mean about half are strangers), you jus cant really relax coz you dono what are their singing habits. and might end up offending them without knowing. it just sucks.

you see, that explains why i seldom go for ktv (though i crave for it every week). =\

anyway, eddy's brother came with us, but for some unknown reason, he was shy (i don think that runs in the blood, look at eddy! he's never shy!) and din sing for more than 5 songs through out the whole 4 hours with only one song that he had solo. the rest was sang with eddy.

see! i told you eddy love to show off his singing skills! xD

he jus sat there most of the time, except when he needed to go for a smoke or when we pestered him to take photos.





on the other hand, eddy was having a great time singing and taking pics with 2 girls.


this was the only good pic we had. eddy just couldnt smile with me around. for watever reasons. *shrugs*

i started to make them take group pics and even so, eddy needed to be nagged and forced. he jus refused to let go of his mike!!! =.=

we tried to use timer but we sucked at coordination. its either caroline moved at the last min or i who couldnt kept my smile in place. but lucky for us, it din turn out that bad. x)




while we were finding places for the camera, i found musical instruments! its so weird that they have such things in a ktv room. do they expect the customers to start dancing in the room or form a band? *ponders*

so while eddy kept singing, and his brother being the ernest audience, we girls started to find things to pass time.. which of coz is cam-whoring. =P

towards the end of the ktv session, i guess i was going crazy for not being able to sing. and that was how i look:

but overall, it was a fun session. with people who are really good at singing. i must admit, eddy has the skills to show off, and i enjoyed listening to him sing. in fact, i could listen to him whole night!

his brother was shy but he has a nice voice, similar to eddy though eddy has stronger voice.

as for caroline, what can i say? she is great~! she really sings well. made me feel like amateur. x(

i am craving for ktv again! anyone?!!

i certainly think so.

sometimes, you have hurt each other so much that there is no longer any possiblity of being together anymore. no longer suitable for each other. even in such situation, there is still love. you will still love that person, but you are no longer in love with him/her.

you still care, you still hurt at times, but you no longer want to be with that person, not gonna get into a situation where hurt is the only way out.

you look at that person, you know you love him. but not that kind of passionate love. you will always love him/her even if you don't see each other anymore.

you just want the other party to be happy.

that is what i mean by loving the person, but not in love with that person.

in everyone's life, there will be one or two such persons. does it make one's life more pitiful or more beautiful?

to have a part of your heart belonging to a person that u were once so in love with, is that torturing yourself or embedding memories for yourself?

will that be cruel to another party if you still love him/her yet not in love with him/her?

or will it be a blessing?

national day.. what do pple usually do? watch fireworks? spend a day with friends and squeeze into the parade to have a feel of it?

well, not for me, not this year.

this year, we went to west coast park to "relive" our childhood days.. (thanks to jayce).. x)

before that, wh n i went to have dim sum at chinatown..

you see, we rarely have time for ourselves.. wh is busy working n studying, and me busy with work n exercising..

he doesnt have off days on public holidays or weekends; his off days are random.. and weekends are usually spent with families..

so it was a gift (which i treasured alot) to have him off on national day..

we had 24hours together.. so we decided to have a day for ourselves, jus the 2 of us.. at least for the day.. x)


wh was saying, we shouldnt be watching fireworks and stuff, instead, we should make use of this special day to find out more about our heritage.. go to museum etc..

hmmmmm.. not a bad idea. maybe we should try it next year. =)


jayce called us at night and we went to fetch her for dinner at west coast prata.

the service was very slow, but then, who can blame them? it was full house!

their food is still as nice as before and that compensated for the long waiting! =D

after idling there for almost 2 hours, jayce wanted to go to west coast park and there we were, 3 adults like kids.

ok, jayce was more like the kid i brought out so that i could go on date with my bf (just like in the 70s)! xD


jayce is brave. she jus climbed the whole thing like it was nothing. it was NOT nothing, it was few storeys high!






they loved this err... swing-like thingy. i was like the mother, worrying about them falling off. =.=


west coast park was fun. we din expect it to be fun, but it was. at least jayce had a kick out of it. x)


finally, we decided to go home. on our way back, jayce mentioned a route that her friend had brought her once and we realised it was Kent Ridge Park.

and so we went to have a look. in the end, we roamed about for half an hour before we decided to head home.

i must say, it was a nice place. a peaceful place. maybe the senery isnt as nice as Paris, but well, it was nice enough to make us feel that singapore has her beauty. =)




it was, indeed, a special way to spend the national day. a day to rem not of the fireworks, but the time spent with each other. =)

well.. this blog is back..for very practical reasons:

few months back, i had the urge to design a blog layout.. so..i designed one..

after it was completed (i idled my way thru this whole matter).. its not really suitable for wh (since its quite girly and he wanted a simple one).. therefore, the only way to make use of this layout is to reopen my blog..

so there you are, my blog again. =)

of coz, not many pple know about this blog since its been closed for almost 2 years.. haha..

but then again, who cares?

alright alright, lets not be mean.. it would upset me if no one bothers to appreciate my layout read about my life.

this blog will be well, an update of my life to those who are interested and to satisfy the curiosity of some bystanders..

first of all, my love life is still as wonderful. no huge arguments, betrayals, nothing. jus a peaceful little chapter that is going on strong, still. =)

next, all my other lives are boring.. my friends are still the same.. i am still as anti-social as before.. and yup, i still dislike the same pple i disliked in the past and so are the no. of enemies i have.

ok. i'm jus cranky on my first post. sorry. promise to have more manners from now!

overall, i am still the same person. with interesting lives at times and boring at others.
